CHURCH ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (MINISTRY ASSESSMENT PROGRAM, "M.A.P.")

This is one of the most dynamic and successful tools being used in apostolic ministry today.  An on-site visit by an apostolic/prophetic team provides insights and revelation that help pastors and other church leaders to discover their church's current season and to identify goals that foster vision clarification and implementation, healthy church structure, financial accountability and soundness, effective communication of authority, and stronger relationships among the leadership team as well as the church members.

COUNSELOR TRAINING, LAY MINISTRY TRAINING

We provide minister and counselor training in the area of  relationship for individuals, engaged and married couples, and families. We also train teams to conduct the various levels of Restoring the Foundations ministry. In addition, we work with churches to help develop their counseling and ministry teams and we teach the principles of team work, including excellent communication.  

FATHER'S HEART MINISTRY

This ministry helps people to advance through the forgiveness and healing that is needed in order to fully receive and to share the Father's love.

HEALING AND DELIVERANCE WEEKENDS

These seminars provide an introduction to Restoring the Foundations ministry.   Participants have an opportunity to receive healing and deliverance in a specific area of their life.   Many seek additional healing and/or counselor training following this weekend. 

HEARING THE VOICE OF GOD

Hearing God's voice is vital to our relationship with Him, and yet so many struggle to learn this skill.  Others hear His voice but desire a deeper communication with Him.   We will share practical insights that help people to gain a greater intimacy with God.

DRUG PROOF YOUR KIDS®

How To Drug Proof Your Kids® is a program for parents, educators, health care workers, churches, and others who have a desire to be a part of the solution to the drug problem in our society. This program concentrates on the important role the parent or significant caregiver can play in reducing the risk of harmful behaviors and equipping children to make good choices. In addition, it provides information about services available in the community and helps people to recognize drug use and to know how to address it in a way that reduces harm to their families. Because of the skills presented, it could also appropriately be called, How to Pornography Proof Your Kids", or "How to Debt Proof Your Kids", etc.

MARRIAGE WEEKENDS, MARRIAGE PREPARATION, MARRIAGE MINISTRY, FAMILY MINISTRY, RELATIONSHIP SKILL MINISTRY

This ministry teaches essential communication and relational skills that equip people to continue to grow in their in their marriages, in their families, in their friendships, and in their business relationships.  It is useful for strengthening a good marriage as well as identifying and ministering to the root causes of difficulty in painful marriages, families, and other relationships.  Call (812) 689-0339 for information about fees and scheduling.

MINISTERING SPIRITUAL GIFTS SEMINARS (Developed by Dr. Bill Hamon); PROPHETIC TRAINING

There is an intense desire within leaders and saints to be trained and activated into their ministries through proper spiritual training.   This seminar is designed to advance God's people out of the realm of theory and bring them into a living, experiential reality of God's supernatural graces.

Training is also available for those who desire to develop, lead, or serve on prophetic teams.  Teamwork principles give wisdom for orderly interaction that brings anointing, liberty, and synergy to the ministry.

1. Personality Profile
The IML DISC INSIGHTS® (Institute for Motivational Living, Inc.) profile is administered in person.  It demonstrates how our God-given personalities are influenced by environment, heredity, and role models and helps people set effective goals for growth.

2. Communication Analysis Profile
The Kendall Life Languages Profile™ is administered on line at www.lifelanguages.com/entry/dlroeder   This is an in depth study that provides a wealth of information regarding one’s personal communication style.   This profile also equips people to develop character and to be more effective in their communication and relationships with others.

Restoring the Foundations ministry is an integrated approach to healing and deliverance ministry in the areas of Sins of the Fathers and Resulting Curses, Ungodly Beliefs, Soul Spirit Hurts, and Demonic Oppression that offers opportunities for lasting healing.  This is a powerful ministry that offers personal freedom as well as great benefit to our relationship with God and others.  Individuals receive fifteen hours of personal ministry.  Couples also receive an additional four hours of joint ministry.   Call (812) 689-0339 for information about fees and scheduling.

EAGLE DANCE
